FRY’s Spring Beach Club

Every Saturday in July.

Saturday’s poolside—it’s the only way to spend the summer. Enjoy access to Fry’s Spring three private pools perfect for laps, refreshing dips, and the family. Feel free to post up anywhere on the property, make some new friends, and soak in the sun.

Please check in at the front desk when you arrive.
RSVP required. Members only. Children welcome.
Please no outside beer or wine.

Nestled up against the mountains, our region holds some of the best eastern fishing destinations—from trout to bass to bluegills, local fly fishing shop Albemarle Angler wants to help you land that fish. Join us for everything from beginner lessons to float excursions where you can learn technique and baiting skills from seasoned guides.

We will be running the river several times this summer, on tubes, kayaks, and canoes. Relax your way through Charlottesville's natural beauty and finish up each float by trading your paddle for a chilled beverage.

Three Ridges

Enjoy the mountains and wild of the George Washington National Forest on day or overnight trips through the Three Ridges Wilderness with Watershed Adventures. Specially designed just for Common House members, and perfect for novices and veterans—where the total hiking distance will be determined by the groups fitness and priorities.

Sporting Clays

The premier public shooting range in Central Virginia, CVSC caters to clay pigeon shooting with an emphasis on safety and education. Learn the skills behind fowl and small game shooting with instructors, or brush up on your aim with a tour through their course. Ages 12+.
